  • MISCONCEPTION ABOUT THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT

MISCONCEPTION ABOUT THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT

There are some misconceptions I noticed in the body of Christ today, it is all about the “fruit of the Spirit.”
I’ve been to some gatherings whereby I will ask the question that “how many fruit of the spirit do we have?” Some will say nine (9), while some will say seven (7.)
I’m putting up this article to correct that error.

    The first thing I want you to know is that, when we are talking about the fruit of the spirit, the concept emanated from the word of Jesus in the book of John 15:1-4;
[1] I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
[2] Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
[3] Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
[4] Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

You should understand the picture Jesus was painting here. He said, “He is a tree, and in that tree, there are many branches, and the branches bring forth fruit.” Jesus said “fruit,” not “fruits.” He said, “any branch in me that bringeth not fruit, I taketh away.”

This is linked to the fruit of the Spirit that we are talking about. When Jesus was going, He made a promise to us that He was going to send another comforter and He’s going to be with us forever. This comforter is Jesus Christ Himself, Jesus is the one that is with us, living in us, and that is with us in form of the Holy Spirit.
If Jesus said that “I am the tree,” and Jesus is not on earth currently, and He gave us a replacement, a substitutionary personality that He’s going to be with us, that personality is the one that is going to represent Jesus. That is why we call it the fruit of the Spirit, not the fruit of Jesus. Maybe when Jesus was on earth, you can liken those attributes to the fruit of the world, or the fruit of Jesus, but currently, Jesus is not on earth, He is in us in form of the Holy Spirit.

    When we are talking about the fruit of the Spirit, we should look at the tree, a tree does not bear different fruits. Have you ever seen a tree bearing up to seven (7) or nine (9) fruits? So, it is not fruits of the Spirit, but where the misconception used to come is what Paul told us with the inspiration of the Holy Spirit in the book of Galatians 5:22-23;
[22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
[23] Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

These are what they used to call the fruits of the Spirit. But look at what Paul said, he said, “but the fruit,” he didn’t say the “fruits of the Holy Spirit,” Even if it is the fruits of the Holy Spirit, the next “marker” that should follow it should be the “plural marker.” He said that the fruit of the Spirit “is.” If it is more than one, it shouldn’t be “is,” it should be “are.” “The fruits of the Spirit are…” then we will begin to be mentioning them. But he said, “the fruit of the Spirit is…” So, we should sit down, look at this point and think about what Paul was really saying here. You’re mentioning nine (9) different attributes, you’re mentioning nine (9) different characters, and you’re telling us that it is one.

This is where I want to explain it to us, whenever you’re reading a bible, and you get to a junction whereby you’re not getting what the scripture is saying very well, what you should do is to compare different versions of the scripture. I’ve met with so many people, and they’ll tell me that they don’t understand what the bible is saying, the only answer I’ll give to them is not to explain it to them, I’ll tell them to go and read it from another version of the scripture and they’ll come back to me leaping for joy that they got the understanding already. That is what we are going to do also in other to understand what Paul is trying to say here.

Look at the book of Galatians 5:22-23 from “The Passion Translation, (TPT)
vs 22–23; But the fruit produced by the Holy Spirit within you is divine love in all its varied expressions:
Joy that overflows, peace that subdues, patience that endures, kindness in action,
a life full of virtue, faith that prevails, gentleness of heart, and strength of spirit.
Never set the law above these qualities, for they are meant to be limitless.

Paul said that the fruit that the Spirit produced is just one, which is “divine love.”
And this “divine love” can be seen in different ways. For example; I can be manifested in different forms or ways: To my mother, I am a son, to my disciples, I am their spiritual father or discipler, to my younger brother, I am an elder brother, to my child, I am a father. That is me manifesting in different forms. So is the fruit of the Spirit, it is just one, and it is manifesting itself in different forms.

I hope you understand from this article that we are only having one fruit of the Spirit.

If you’re having any questions or contributions, feel free to drop them in the comment box.
    Thank you so much!

HOW SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE THINK 2 – Pst.Ife ADETONA

We have 💡light tonight in Jesus Name

    How Successful People Think

I also say they think creatively and innovstively
I have mentioned that successful people think big no matter how low their state may be at the present moment in time
Remember that I told you they didn’t come up with this habit after being successful. They grew with the habits. These habits made them

    4. Successful People like us are optimistic

    Successful people are highly hopeful.
They see a positive ending and that is why they can take calculative risks.
That’s what it means to be optimistic
That’s why when you see them going down, they pick up again
They could see the end as bright and they are never down whatever it is at the moment.
Whenever they fall, they rise again.
Bishop Oyedepo explained that when their ministry had only one branch in a corner of a place, their signpost reads: worldwide.
They look at the future with big high hopes and expectations.
He said people passed by and laugh at them but he didn’t care. He didn’t see himself or the ministry in that corner.
It worked for me, it worked for our ministry. Even though we started in a room apartment, we talked big and we took bold steps!
See, Optimism is not a motivational speech but an inspirational reality.
    They think problem solving thoughts.

    5. Successful people see themselves as bigger than the problem.

Successful people think as problem solvers.
They don’t shy away from problems.

    6. Successful peeople always takes stepsThey think as they move and move as they think.
Successful people are not thinkers and sleepers, they are thinkers and movers, as they think and they act.
If you think positively with the right mindset and not just wishes, there is no way you will stay complacent. You will always forge ahead and move ahead.

    SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE AND TIME

Receive this very mindset in Jesus Name.

    A. Successful people value their morning time!

    How do they see time?
What do they think about time?
The Scriptures says “woe to you o ye lands, who its kings eat in the morning.
The Yoruba tribe of Nigeria would say: ‘the real day is the morning time’.
The morning time is the most treasured time of the day.
The morning time carries more value than the night time.
Jesus Christ says “are there not 12 hours in the day? John 11:9”.
Take note that, The beginning of the week is the morning of the week.
Your youthful age is the morning period of your life.
I see many young men and ladies wasting away the early part of their lives.
That is why the preacher in the book of Ecclesiastes advised that man should remember his God in the days of his youth.
When you open the head of many young ladies under 30, what you see in there is “husband”.
I do say that what many youths miss before the age of 30, they will spend the rest of their lives trying to catch up with it.
They are just catching fun, nothing do them.
They want to marry. When you open the head of most boys, what you find there is “fun”.
Mark Zuckerberg became a billionaire at the age of 23. I am not saying that you must make billions or millions before you clock 30, but you must aim to be at the top of your career before that age.
Those who started their race in time have a higher tendency of winning.
Most top billionaires today, started making their several millions at the age of 30.
However, it doesn’t matter what point you are today, it is not too late to start aiming high.

B . Successful people are never in a hurry.

Have you discovered that those who get late to meetings and events are always coming in, in a hurry.
. They get to wherever they need to reach at the time they wanted or planned or ought to.
You will never see a successful person rushing or getting to a place late.
And that’s because they have good time management.
You see them running, sweating and breathing heavily yet, those who come early arrived very calmly?
What is most important to a successful person than money is their time.
They don’t permit people to crash on them and steal their time.
I think I should stop here
By the time you’re downloading it, it will be much
    It’s much already

  • DRIVING TIPS – Pst. Ife ADETONA

DRIVING TIPS – Pst. Ife ADETONA

I have said to myself that the day I remove “L” from the car, I will share some driving tips free of charge. Though, it’s been almost a month now but better late than….

When you want to start learning, people will tell you driving is very easy especially if its an automatic! You will see someone who has never driven before tell you: “shebi it is automatic, it is very simple. Our last born did not even learn it, he just started driving when he was 7½ years old!” Those who can drive already will tell you: “there is nothing in driving, it’s just about “aya nini”-having chest (i.e confidence).

If you allow those statements to get into you, the day you begin to learn, you would feel like becoming an expert so that you can tell people that you started driving from the dream. And when it seems you are not getting it, you will start feeling like a dullard.

You see that 7½ years old may be able to move a car, it is quite different from driving. And that thing they call chest (confidence) can only come the more you stay behind those steering wheel. Talking about being good at driving, time & practice is needed. I am talking about up to 6 months here. So, don’t pursue becoming an Henry Ford the same day you started.

That being said, with a regular practice, if it’s an automatic car, one week, too much. I taught my wife to drive in less than 7 days. You can spread your 7days into 2weeks or more depending on your schedule.

    TiPS-

Get someone to teach you. Follow their instructions even if you don’t understand it. Don’t be self-confident.

Day One– go to the field, don’t go to the road. All you want to learn is to get familiar with the major driving car components- brake, throttle and most especially your steering wheel. You will also get introduced to other parts.

Day Two– warm up on the field then get to the road. Untarred road within the street are good picks here. Don’t go to major roads with human beings, parked vehicles and drainage. What you will learn to use the most that day is your BRAKE. You will start familiarising with your throttle as well. Make as many rounds as possible.

Day Three– do more rounds on the street then let your instructor take you to a tarred road but still a less busy road. This is just to spy the road. This time, you will see human beings and drainage on both side of the road. You may not do more than one round that day.

Day Four– It is time to learn your throttle. Warm up on the street then go to the tarred road you spied yesterday. Make several roads and go a long distance (within the same route).

Your instructor will tell you to keep the right side of the road and avoid getting into the middle. But you will be afraid of entering into the ditch (gutter) that’s on the right side. This fear is real! But here is the cheat code. You don’t have to stick to the right-most part of the road. Use your mind to divide the road into two and move a bit to your right- you will be okay!

Again, use your mind to cut the road into two- half for you and half for the oncoming vehicle. But you won’t be too accurate, so add a little space to your right and keep driving.

Bear in mind that the road is not always straight so, you will keep using the trick. Also, on a typical Nigeria road, you will vehicle parked on the road side, people walking and even stalls. All you have to do is to divide the road again into two, take your own half. If there is more space to your side then move a bit to your right. If the road has become very thin for two vehicles at a time, just take your own half and leave the coming vehicle to take care of itself.

Your aim on the road this 3rd day is not to DRIVE, it is just to MOVE the car and get more familiar with various components most especially the fearful throttle that will make the vehicle seems as if it’s jumping and also the brake and the pin-pin. Be ready to blast many ON. You will also start building chest (confidence) on this day.

Day Four- drive up to the same route with you instructor. Using the same environment helps. Did I tell you to put up your ” L” and emergency light all through? Please do. You must have been learning some reverses and turning too.

Reverse they say is difficult but my two students learn it the first day. You will be told to ask yourself which side you want to go then turn your steering to the opposite direction but let me show you a simpler way. Ask yourself what direction you want the bottom ⤵️ of your vehicle to go to, then turn that way. Always take all the time you have to think while reversing. You will make mistakes, correct yourself and move on.

You may enjoy driving the 3rd day but this 4th day will be a bit frustrating. Reason is that, on day 3, you were driving at a very low rate but today, you have added some speed. With speed comes higher expertise. Meanwhile, always bring the vehicle to the speed you can handle. Don’t be in a hurry to run. You will run all you want after you are good.

If I were your instructor, I will like to introduce you to the express road before we close on day four. Just to spy.

Day 5– welcome to day 5. Warm up on your tarred route then drive up to a two-way express road with barricade at the middle. This is a type of road where all oncoming vehicle take one side, while the going vehicles take another side. And there is a barricade in-between. Look for the one with barricade in-between.

Your instructor may tell you to keep the slow lane which is the right hand side but I got an instructor who told me to keep the fast lane. Reason is, driving on slow lane in Nigeria especially in Ibadan can be frustrating. Micra, Maruwa & Okada (commercial drivers) will show you shege. They will just be parking anyhow. But if you are in the fast lane, anyone who doesn’t like your speed can easily bypass.

On this day, you will be learning some speed. The safest is 20-40KM/hr. You will also appreciate the purpose of side and rear mirror. Driving on the express the first time is always interesting especially with less pot holes. It will give you the confidence which you need and you will find yourself driving better on single lane tarred routes.

Day 6- do some rounds on the two-way express then go to the express road that has no barricades in the middle. This time, keep the middle or slow lane. You will appreciate your mirror more. You should also drive through other major and minor routes that day with your instructor.

Day 7– drive the car to Church. All along, observe other people drive especially when you’re seated with them.

Now, you are a driver. What you need is more practice. What I did was to drive around the city for another one week with an instructor or just someone who didn’t even know how to drive but would be communicating road signs and routes with you. An instructor would be more beneficial because they will give you tips as you drive.

    Please Note-

Some things I said especially on the roads to learn may be a traffic offence in some cities and countries. Where it is against the law and such law is enforced, apply with discretion.

Above all, I hope you found it helpful. 7 days is not too long to learn a skill you will need for the rest of your 70years and more. So, don’t be in a hurry and be safe. If you don’t yet have a car, keep this post by yourself. Don’t come and be asking me: “where is that post you wrote in September, 2022”.

  • HOW TO HANDLE FRESH RHEMA – Pst.Ife ADETONA

HOW TO HANDLE FRESH RHEMA – Pst.Ife ADETONA

A very good daughter of mine came with a question. A brother just delivered unto her, a parcel of “rhema” but she was confused. She didn’t know the right answer but she knew what the brother was saying is not correct. The brother said and I quote:

“Holy Spirit isn’t Holy Ghost: what’s the Spirit? What’s the Ghost? Holy Spirit is automatic when you give your life to Christ and it becomes ghost when it manifests as tongues.”

This fine brother thought he had just gotten a revelation or probably he also heard it from someone but it’s all WRONG.

Remember that the Bible wasn’t originally written in English! When the Bible was translated to English, Holy Ghost was used in KJV but scholars felt the word “Holy Ghost” in English was not good enough so, other versions used “Holy Spirit”. You can check your versions.

I was at a programme many years ago. A fine brother was dishing out the word and breaking rhema. Though, he had a good idea but he got the scriptures he was referencing all twisted. He was using that Scriptures to mean what it doesn’t mean. He was doing what I called “reading into the scriptures” that is, he was adding his own. When the anchor of the programme who was our discipler took the microphone, he tried to correct those mistakes and I felt good about it even though many of those seated may not get it. You see, good intention is not enough.

    WAY FORWARD

There is no teacher of the word who would say he had never made some mistakes in the representation of the word. The only difference is that some people are not ready to learn. Their mouth is wide open but their ears are blocked. It’s one thing to be ignorant, it’s another thing to be proudly ignorant. Such people have committed damaging errors.

If you love to teach the word then more than anybody, you must attach yourself to a discipler or teacher. At the beginner stage, this is the person you show your revelations or derivatives to and would direct you before you go out there to publish it. Even at an advanced stage, Paul went to Peter & James to compare notes (Gal. 1:18-19). Another way to compare notes is by reading the books of your discipler or those who are known as renowned teachers of the word.

There are basic laws of “interpreting the scriptures”. If you go through the process of training and learning, you will be exposed to them and you won’t commit public blunders.

Another thing is to SUBJECT your revelation or derivatives to TIME. Derivatives simply means revelations which are not entirely new but has it’s root in an already found truths or revelation. There is actually nothing like a new revelation, they are all revivals or derivatives. “There is nothing new under the sun” Eccl. 1:9.

SUBJECT it to other scriptures. One law says: “explain a scripture in the light of other scriptures”. I do tell anyone who comes to me with a fresh revelation to back it up with other refrences.

SUBJECT it to the Spirit. Don’t be too exicted to listen to that gentle restraint of the Spirit that is telling you that your rhema is not yet perfected.

After all said and done, I believe in GROWTH and you cannot grow until you try things out by use & exercise (Hebrews 5:14). I mean, you have to publish your messages and assess yourself by the feedbacks. But do not demonstrate a critical spirit like the first example I gave. You shouldn’t go about knocking people down saying “yours is wrong”, “mine is right”.

As you grow through this process, your channel will be refined and clean knowledge would easily flow through it in JESUS NAME.

  • HOW SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE THINK

    HOW SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE THINK

Sometimes ago, a test was conducted for managers.
While the less successful ones have a pattern of thinking.
They discovered that successful managers have a pattern of thinking
I have also seen this in many people
AMswill agree that there is a pattern in how leaders with high Anagkazo results think
    And those with fewer result
Even School teachers will tell you this
What am I trying to say?
If you observe how successful people think and adapt their ways, you will end up successful
If you can change your thought pattern, your life will change
Pro 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:
So, tonight, let’s examine a pattern of thought of successful people across time, money, people and so on

    THOUGHT PATTERNS OF SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE

1.Successful People think big and see themselves as employers of labour.

I’m not just talking about people with a lot of money but successful people with wealth and in God
You must have heard of thinking big
It is not a farce or fallacy, it is a reality
They see themselves as prosperous people even though their beginning may be small.
The success tendency of successful people is not contained in their affluence; it is contained in the influence of their minds.
Even when a person with the billionaire mindset is wearing a rag, he doesn’t behave like a slave but as successful.
It is not contained in their present riches but in their thought.
Everywhere Joseph went, he was always the head. He was the youngest (the 11th son), yet he had such a big dream that his father said to him: “are you in any way insinuating that you will be greater than your father, mother and all your siblings?”
He was a slave, yet he became the caretaker of Potiphar’s house and refused to succumb to the influence to sin from the master’s wife.
I believe he saw himself as higher than Potiphar let alone his wife.
He was in jail, yet he told the man heading to the palace to remember to mention his name when he got to the palace because he knew that he wasn’t going to die as a prisoner.
Joseph had a successful mindset and behaved accordingly.
The Bible confirms that Joseph was prosperous even when he had no clothes (Genesis 39:1-2).
Note the part – “behaved accordingly”
Even when he’s labouring day and night, he believes that he is going to make it in life.
When a successful person has no shoes and walks around bare-footed, he believes he is an employer of labour.

    Genesis 39
1 And Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him of the hands of the Ishmeelites, which had brought him down thither.

2 And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man, and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian
The successful person thinks big; in whatever they do, they want to bring something big out of it.When Mark Zuckerberg started Facebook, his colleagues urged him to sell it to the billionaires bidding for it.
He insisted that he didn’t build the platform to sell.
As of last year, he was the eighth richest man in the world. The man that wanted to buy Facebook from him, Bill Gates is the fourth richest man.
It doesn’t matter if that leader is in 100 level or secondary school or a graduate or a lawyer…you are GREAT!
Every day, I greet SADOZ leaders by saying… GOOD EVENING GREAT LEADERS
    SADOZ IS GREAT!
I define creativity as the creation of new things from old things.
    Successful people think creatively.
It is the act of turning ideas into reality.
    They turn ideas into reality.
Do you see those who have 1,000,000 ideas but 0.1 reality? That’s not how successful people think

    2.Successful People are innovative

They look for new ways to do things not minding how long a method has been in place.
They look for better ways to do the same thing they have been doing.
I tell many people that I counsel that if I start doing the kind of business they are doing, within days I will look for innovative ways to do the very thing they are doing and do it better than they are doing it.
They keep researching, studying, thinking and generating new concepts.
Once you have this mindset that I am talking about, wherever you are and in whatever you do, you get great results.
If I could proffer solutions when I am not directly into it, you can imagine what I would do if I were into it.
I have counselled many business people and proffered solutions to the challenges they have been facing for a long time in their businesses.
You can’t do a thing the same way and expect a different result
    Innovation includes changing!
You can’t approach your anagkazo the same way and expect high attendance
You can’t run your study the same way all the time- copy n paste and expect to bless member raise leaders
    Same goal
    Same product
But your method must undergo changes
That’s why when some leaders go on break whether through a lost phone or something, by the time they return, they find changes…true or false?
They have to be refreshed to be updated
This is our 8th year.Check it, Central 2 was created on July 8th, 2014
Someone once told me that we are the only ministry that runs an online-like ministry using WhatsApp that remains functional for a long time.
    Glory to Jesus
We remain because we are innovative!!!
It doesn’t matter if you don’t get results today, if you must keep getting results and stay on top of your career, you must be innovative.
To be innovative, there are certain QUESTIONS you are to ask yourself:1. how better can I get this done? 2. How faster can I get it done? 3. How can I achieve a better and bigger result? That is how successful people think.
Thank God for that mindset, Covid-19 would have wiped out half of the American and European population if scientists hadn’t found a faster way to invent vaccines.
It may cost them more money and time for study and research. It may cost trial and error but they are bent on finding a way.
A businessman that is not innovative would soon become outdated. Such would be run out of business sooner or later.
Same vein, a KL who is not innovative would be out of the SADOZ leadership sooner or later

    3. Successful People are optimistic

They see a positive ending and that is why they can take calculative risks.
    Successful people are highly hopeful.
Should I tell you something this night?
Whenever they fall, they rise again.
*Optimism is not a motivational speech but an inspirational reality.*
They didn’t develop all these attitudes after they became successful; it was those attitudes that made them successful in the first place.
It works for me, it works for our ministry. Even though we started in a room apartment, we talked big and we took bold steps!
*Successful people always see themselves as bigger than the problem.*
Successful people think as problem solvers and not as victims
    They think problem-solving thoughts.
They don’t shy away from problems. To them, there is always a way out of any problem.

    4.Successful people always take steps

Successful people are not thinkers and sleepers, they are thinkers and movers, as they think, they act.
They think as they move and move as they think.
If you think positively with the right mindset and not just wish, there is no way you will stay complacent.
You will always forge ahead and move ahead. Receive this very mindset in Jesus’ Name.

  • BED WETTING – Pst. Ife ADETONA

BED WETTING – Pst. Ife ADETONA

Bed-wetting is common but not usually spoken about. I have handled some cases this year alone. I see more cases with females than males. It is something quite unexpected or assumed shameful to ask for help about. I tell you, out of 100 people that require healing, you may find at least 10 with this condition. So, if you like, share or comment on this post you may be helping someone very close to you without knowing.

What I am expected to hear from an adult or adolescent struggling with bed wetting are:
    I am exhausted.
    I am depressed
My parents threaten me that if it doesn’t stop…
At times, it stops and everyone is rejoicing then, it resurfaces.
    I just want to die.
It is so shameful, I’m afraid of attending camps or sleeping outdoors
    ……

The biggest is- I HAVE PRAYED, I HAVE FASTED, PEOPLE HAVE PRAYED FOR ME, IT WOULD STOP FOR A WHILE, THEN RETURN.

Take this as a bonus: if you pray and fast about something and other anointed men of God prayed for you to no avail then, it is waiting for you to apply your faith. The Bible says: THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY HIS OWN FAITH. So, I present to you, the faith formula to overcome bed-wetting.

In this article, I will give you the faith formula for this particular issue which has been proven with testimonies to the glory of God.

Meanwhile, the condition does not only require faith or spiritual solution but a bundle of other things. Miracle happens and it can stop with just a prayer, without disputing that, applying the principles I am about to teach you will always give a result.

    1. DEAL WITH ANXIETY

6 out of 10 times you bed wet is due to anxiety. The concern that you may bed wet tonight. The fear of even going to sleep. The anxiety of the shame you may face if it happens… I think if anxiety will increase the chance by 60%, then you shouldn’t give the anxiety or thought a damn🤷🏼‍♂️. “But it happened last night?” And so what? I won’t give a damn today! “What if it happens tonight?” What if not?

    2. TRAIN YOUR SYSTEM

Naturally, by now, your system must have been used to letting water down at midnight or especially towards daybreak. How about you re-train your system?

How? Hold your urine a bit during the day. It’s not good to hold urine for long but you can simply ask it to wait for 5 to 10 minutes or a bit more. That way, it learns to hold it more. This has no scientific backing but it’s psychological.

I once had issues with incessant urination. I was scared of travelling because I would keep stopping the driver and the passengers would grumble all over me. I defeated it through prayer and training my system like this.

    3. NIGHT FOOD

If you avoid eating towards the night, it may reduce the fluid in your system against the night. You may want to avoid taking water or much water towards sleeping hours. You may have your night bath earlier too, so it won’t be too close to sleeping time.

    3. ALARMS

If I want to pray and I know I could sleep, I snooze my alarm for 10 minutes. So, every 10 minutes, it buzzes. What about setting alarms that way? Maybe 2hours intervals. As you near daybreak, you shorten it to every 1 hour and then 30 minutes. It seems towards the day break is when it comes suddenly. Each time, you wake, you check if you have water to pass out.

Yes, it may disturb your sleep but the less you bed wet, the more you have control and will not even need all the precautions after a month. You can make up for the loose of sleep with naps during the day

    4. AVOID URINATING OFTEN TOWARDS BEDTIME.

Anxiety makes you urinate like 5 times before you even sleep. You want to empty all before sleeping. Thereby, you are negatively training your system. If I were you, I will take note of my sleeping time. Say, 11 pm. Then, try to avoid urinating often, too early. You can go empty some minutes past 10 pm.

Now, let us see the FAITH ROUTE.

    1. PRAY FOR YOURSELF OR GET SOMEONE TO AGREE WITH YOU.

Don’t cry, don’t ask, don’t plead, don’t request, just command. Decree. And ask the demon or evil spirit of bed-wetting to get off your life.

    2. CDAplus.

    Confess, Declare, Announce + Imagination.

“I can not bed wet tonight because I have dominion over my body. God gave me dominion over everything He made starting with my body.”

Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion

    “I cannot bed wet.”

“I can see that I have a dry night.”

If you say these words every time you had fears or anxiety: one month, too much- it will become history.

Yes, it will come some of those days. It may appear as if you are relapsing. It is part of the process. The Bible says, so mightily grew the word of God and it prevails.

If you keep doing all I said.
If you keep confessing, declaring and announcing your freedom,
If you keep imagining your breakthrough,
    YOU HAVE IT.

    Mark 11:24
I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours.

  • GROWING IN FAITH (1) – Pst. Ife ADETONA

GROWING IN FAITH (1) – Pst. Ife ADETONA

This evening a voice whispered to me-
“You want your daughter to get a sound education, how will you do it seeing that you’re a full-time minister”
    My reply is FAITH
FAITH brought me here, FAITH will keep me going…faith is enough for me
Some 8 years ago, I was down with malaria typhoid
I had been using CDA for days with no effect
At a point, I told God, let’s just go get malaria drugs and I will be fine.
Holy Spirit replied to me by saying: “yes, you can get the drugs and you will be fine but you will need your faith on bigger things tomorrow and so, I suggest you allow it to grow”
I decided to allow my faith to grow through that tough time
    I was divinely healed
    Faith gave me a wife
    Faith sponsored my wedding
Faith prospered me in the ministry
That’s why I named my first daughter FAITH
See, YOU NEED FAITH FOR EVERYTHING
The Bible says THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY HIS FAITH.

Rom 1:17 The just shall live by faith

I have not fallen sick or taken drugs for treatment in 8years all by faith
Faith is the only rescue of this dire economy
Heaven’s economy is not dollar-denominated, it is faith-denominated.And it has the highest value when exchanged for any currency on the earth

    Believers are simply called FAITH-TERS
    I say faith is breathing
To remind a believer to have faith is like telling a fish to swim or telling a man to breathe
    Man won’t survive without breathing
No wonder we have many lifeless believers today
The Bible even say, “without faith, no man can please God”.
    You can’t satisfy Him
You can’t love Him without faith
Heb 11:6 But without faith, it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Tonight, your faith will receive a leap in Jesus’ Name

WHY MUST I GROW MY FAITH

    1. You can’t afford to remain a babe

    What does that mean?
Have you seen someone that said: when I was a new convert, God answered my prayer quickly but these days, it doesn’t happen fast?
Some don’t even get answers at all
Have you seen someone that said a new member got answers faster than he or she?
I will explain why it is so
When a Baby is at the back of his mother, he will naturally walk faster
But when a toddler began to walk on his own, he will walk slower
Soonest, if the toddler grows to become a youth, he would be able to walk and even outrun the woman
The reason you get answers easily at first is that the faith of your pastor or mentor works for you as a baby in Christ
But now, you are expected to have been standing on your own and you are not.

But their faith no longer works for you as it used to

    2. The anointing will not always be available.

The anointing will override faith in some instances. It won’t matter even if you have a little faith. Once they pray on you, you get answers
But when you begin to notice that no matter how the uch pastor prays on that your headache, it didn’t go
Then, the problem is not with the pastor’s anointing but it wasn’t just made available
Then, the problem is not with the pastor’s anointing but it wasn’t just made available for you
You are expected to get healed by your faith
You see many pastors pray for the sick and the sick get healed and they have not healed themselves or their children are sick at home
    The answer is simple
The anointing was made available for them to heal the people
But they need faith to heal themselves,
The Bible says the JUST SHALL LIVE BY HIS FAITH

    3. FAITH IS LIKE WAEC, YOU CAN’T SUM THE GRADE

    Let me explain,
If you score 80 in Mathematics and 25 in English, you can’t interchange the grade or tell them to deduct from the 80 and add to the 25
    This is what I mean…
You need faith in different areas of your life and you must develop each of it
There is faith in HEALING THE SICK.

    There is faith in PROSPERITY

There is faith in ACADEMIC SUCCESS
That’s why you can see a highly anointed monster of God who heals the sick and do miracles but is VERY POOR
He has faith to heal but does not score very low in faith for prosperity
There are people like that in the Bible too
Job had faith for prosperity and even faith for Holiness but have F9 in faith for DIVINE PROTECTION
All he had when it come to divine security was fear!
For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of comes unto me. I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came – Job 3:25-26
The man called Lazarus had faith in HOLINESS & ETERNAL SECURITY but lacked faith in PROSPERITY
But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented – Luke 16:25
Father Abraham on the other hand, had an ALL-ROUND FAITH. He had faith in HOLINESS, ETERNAL SALVATION and PROSPERITY
I think I love that one
    I don’t know about you
    Martha told Jesus-

If you were here, I know my brother wouldn’t have died but now that he is dead, nothing could be done
Martha had faith in healing but didn’t have faith in the raising of the dead
Grace for an ALL-ROUND Faith is released tonight in Jesus’ Name
How many people want to learn how to build an all aroundddddddd faith?

If you are to eat beans, how many things will go into it?
You won’t just be eating the beans but many other things like….can we mention them?
That is the way faith is.

To grow your faith, you need to develop some virtues. It is those virtues that make faith, faith
    1. LOVE
The fruit of the spirit is LOVE. It is inside Love that you see FAITH

    Gal. 5:22
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

I want you to know that love is primary; everything in the Spirit realm works by love.
Love is the first and second commandment given to the New Testament saints. We must have love towards God and love towards men.
A heart that loves God is such with no offence to God, you don’t quarrel with God, and you don’t say God has hurt you because something bad happened to you.
Some would even say God is the source of their predicament.
You have to stop the bitterness. Faith starts from love.
Let’s talk about other ingredients in the next meeting
Can you pray for a second
Say- “LORD, I want to grow my faith, help me”.

  • THEY THOUGHT WE WERE LYING – Pst.Ife Adetona

THEY THOUGHT WE WERE LYING – Pst.Ife Adetona

Many ignorantly think positive confession in the name of faith is like telling lies or deceiving oneself.

May we open our hearts to learning in Jesus Name.

Faith is never negative but always positive thus positive confession aligns every time with faith. There is a problem if the person making the positive confession is talking from the point of ignorance of the Scriptures.

Yet, it is better to speak positively out of ignorance than to speak negatively out of unbelief.

God said let the weak say “I am strong”. Not because his body is strong but he considers not his own body and staggered not out of unbelief but steadfast in faith calling things that were not as though they were.

Jesus said LAZARUS is not dead. Was He lying? He said Lazarus is not dead so he would be undead. If you say Lazarus is dead because you want to speak the reality, he will remain dead. Which one do you prefer? A dead or an undead Lazarus? Say what you want to see (FULL STOP). The point is that your reality is not of this world or of your physical environment.

So, when you say I AM RICH.
When you say I AM STRONG
When you say I AM FULL
Or you say I AM PREGNANT

When in the natural sense, it is the opposite, the Bible says, you will have whatever you saith and it is unto you according to your faith.

Again, I would prefer an ignorant believer who confesses positively all the time to a self acclaimed old believer who confesses negatively.

The Bible says: “anything that is not of faith is sin”. Aigba gbo bi la (Disbelief, I cast you out).

James 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick.

  • CAT ON MY WALL – Pst. Ife Adetona

CAT ON MY WALL – Pst. Ife Adetona

My wife and I were relaxing in the visitors’ room one certain evening when we saw a cat walking majestically on the fence. My wife was the first to see it. I looked up and smiled. I said in my heart- “what a cute animal”. We looked away from it and continued with our gist.

Night after night, we hear the sounds of the cat fighting some animals behind our window. On a certain night, my wife said she was sure that the cat was fighting with a shrew (eku asin). A shrew is a rat-like animal with a long mouth and poisonous bite. Oh, God! How I hate that thing. I have seen it a couple of times walked in and out of our house through the kitchen door. I wanted to kill it already. Alas! God sent the cat to kill the mice because after that bout we didn’t see it again.

Thank God I didn’t cast and bind the angelic cat.

Yes, witches can possess cats as well as some other animals. But we have exaggerated it in Africa. In 99.9% of cases, witches don’t turn into cats, they can only transproject (I’m not sure if that is the right word) through it. That is, they may be in their room but see everything you are doing through the eyes of the cat. If you look at the cat eyeball to eyeball, especially if it is your own, you can cast out the demon making the connection. You also seal your house or yourself from being spied upon with the blood of Jesus if you suspect such activity around you.

It is not only through animals that witchcraft can spy on you. They can do it through writings on the walls too. I was in the room of one of my sons. Guess what I saw on the wall- an occultic graffiti. I don’t know who lived in that room before or why but there was an occultic eye in the room. Innocent boy, he moved into the room without repainting or closing the eyes. I asked him if he knew its meaning, and he said no. I smiled and told him to enjoy his sleep. Though ignorant, I knew they can’t hurt him. He is covered.

    What’s my point?

Here, in Africa, we deal with witchcraft from the place of ignorance instead of understanding. We end up as victims of our fears and they succeed in oppressing us at the same time.

  • HOW TO EXIT TRYING TIME IV

HOW TO EXIT TRYING TIME IV

    WHAT TO DO WHILE WAITING

    1. DO NOT ACCEPT FATE

    Luke 1:18
“And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.”

Don’t be like Zacharia. He accepted the status quo and didn’t believe the angel when he told him the promise. You will do yourself more harm when you accept the situation as a fate while waiting. Similarly, Sarah did the same thing, but mercy spoke for them(Zechariah and Sarah respectively). Mercy will speak for you as well in Jesus name.

    2. Use CDA+
    Mark 11:24
“Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”

CDA+ is a household name for the Sons And Daughters Of Zion[SADOZ] which means Confess, Declare, Announce and + stands for imagine.
CDA is speaking positively in spite of all all you’re passing through. And beyond speaking, start imagining it as well. Don’t just say it within, speak it out loud so that the world hear it. So, don’t feel pity about it and keep declaring your new status..

    3. Use your rod

    Exodus 14:14-16
“The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.”

This is your part to play, you’re to take steps of faith.
You are making wedding plans and there’s no money in your account, God told you it’s time? Then take the step of faith.
You’re waiting on God for your admission? Go and take the next form and write your exam, your rod as a student is to read for your exam. Your rod is peculiar to your situation. Yours is to go and study books, apply for courses and make researches..

I pray for you that your time has come. The Lord open your eyes to see the steps to take and the rod to take in Jesus name.

    4. Be Praiseful

    Psalms 100:4
“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
It’s when you’re prideful that you have access to God and God will the step into your case.”

    5. Be Joyful

    Isaiah 12:3
“Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.
Joy is a drawer, it’s the tools needed to draw your redemption rights and without it you will just end up in frustration.”

    6. Listen to your prophet

    Isaiah 44:26
“That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:”

    2 Chronicles 20:20
” And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.”

Your prophet have the mandate to speak over your life to end all your trying times under God. When you listen to them, you gain directions.

    7. Obey prophetic instructions

    John 2:5
” His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.”

Whatever your Prophet tells you to do, do it!!!
It is in that instruction that your deliverance lies. The instruction I’m giving here is to be patient and go over this again and examine your life where you’re missing it.

Have you realized where you are getting it wrong? Can you just tell it to God to forgive you and receive the grace to do the needful. It’s well with you in Jesus name.
