Pastor’s_Diary: When to say GOD SAYS 3

PASTORS_DIARY When To Say God Says, Part III

At last, the third and likely the last of the series. In the first part, I listed “when not to say, God, says” and in the second, I listed “when to say, God, says”. Glory to God for the impact both editions had. I promised that in this third edition, we would examine “how to deliver prophetic messages”. This is a very slippery path where understanding is highly required.

    • Never Inject Fear-
There was a day, one of our leaders sent a voice note to me. Someone had seen a vision about our ministry. He was crying and doing all sorts before he could deliver his message. I discarded the whole of it- both his tears and the fears he was trying to inject and none of what he said ever happened. Don’t get emotional with the message. Don’t threaten people. Don’t make them fearful. The Bible says when God speaks, He will speak peace (Ps85:8). Anything short of that is either an exaggeration or a lie.
    • Best to say what you saw in all simplicity.
Has God shown you a vision? At times, all you are required to do is to tell the person what you have seen. It holds more meaning to them than it means to you. You must have heard Prophets said something like, “I saw doughnuts, what does it mean”. The prophet didn’t know what it meant but he knew what he saw and he only said that. The person may say, that’s what she sells or that she dreamt of being fed doughnuts in the dream. Where you are not given interpretation, just say what you saw and let them explain.
    • Best say it as you received it.
You must have seen prophets ministering to someone and say, I hear “Lagos”. It is the person that will explain what the implication of Lagos is to them. If you don’t receive beyond the word, don’t dig, just simply tell them. At times, you may see and also receive a simple meaning (pointer). Don’t try to make it look complicated, just state the simple meaning.
    • Best Avoid “God says” when it’s just an impression:
an impression is the lowest form of prophetic revelation yet very powerful but it could be wrong at least 2 out of 10 times. So, when you feel or something is impressed upon your heart or you perceived or sense. Simply tell the person: I feel, I perceive, it occurs to me that…..don’t go about saying God says
    • Best say “God Says”: you know the prophetic can be very dicey. At times what is required of you is to emphasize, “God says”. I have ministered before and told people, ” I can tell you this without saying, “God says” but God wants me to add it”.At this point, you may be wondering how to know which you are to say or do. You may think you could ask God or the Holy Spirit but that can make you further confused. We grow in this thing by knowledge and use. The Bible says mature men have trained their senses to discern. That is, you will just know what to do as soon as the prophetic lands. There’s a stage where God leads you and another stage where God sends you. That’s what I’m talking about. You just know what to do and when and how at this stage.
    • Best Pray or just give the message:
you know at times, you don’t need to say you saw something or that you heard anything. You just said it in prayer or give the warning. This shows maturity. I do this for those who love revelations. Once I finish praying and they ask “what did you see?”, I tell them to pick it out from the prayers I just made. At times, I give the warning. And when they ask about what I saw or heard, I tell them to just take heed to the warnings or instruction.
    • Don’t interpret from your standpoint:
There was a prophet who told the father of a young man not to bother to send his son to school because he was going to become a mechanic. The father sent his son to school anyway. It was when he graduated as a Mechanical Engineer that they realised the prophet saw well but interpreted wrongly. Many make mistakes at the point of deriving meanings. And that’s the essence of knowledge and experience.
    • If you refused to grow, you will be mixing up meanings and interpretation. Again growth comes from knowledge & use. We grow out of prophetic mistakes. All of us, at one point or the other, had missed it.

There are more things I wish to say which couldn’t be contained in this article and I wish to end this series. However, I have a BONUS for you. We have over 10 distinctive lectures in our School of the Prophetic. I will be releasing one of it which directly addressed how to get correct meanings, interpret and communicate them. Go to our Telegram channel via t.me/sadozite you will see “KBI-SOTP-RIM I” RIM means Revelation, Interpretation and Ministering. Please be informed that it will only be available for 2days: today, Sunday & Monday. We don’t usually do this but wanted you to have balanced knowledge. I hope you take advantage of it.

Heb 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

  • I CAN NEVER BE SICK

    I CAN NEVER BE SICK

    Oh, Yes….. I mean I can never be sick❗
I’m very sure that when you sight this topic, the first thing that comes to your mind is that this guy is proud!
But I tell you, if you say so… You’re wrong, I’m not proud, I’m only boasting in the Lord as Paul says:

    2 Corinthians 10:17

the Scriptures say, “If you want to boast, boast only about the lord.”

And here are the reasons why I am boasting, they are the reasons why I can’t be sick:

    1.I HAVE A MOUTH

The mouth is an organ of speaking in the natural and the supernatural. The words that you speak matters a lot. You can speak feat and experience defeat. I’ve been able to meet with some people whom whenever they are speaking, they have attached some sicknesses to be their sickness, and sincerely no man can take it away from them. You’ll hear them say things like “My Malaria is here again”, “I use to fall sick every month preceding birthday”, ” Typhoid is my sickness” etc. So you can’t say this in the physical realm, and not expect it to be happening in the spiritual realm. The words that you speak in the natural can create your world in the spiritual.

    Proverbs 18:21
[21]Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

    2. I HAVE THE WORD

Another reason why I can never fall sick is that I have the word of God, and the word of God is the capsule of my Divine health. At times, whenever I’m feeling somehow in me and I’m feeling some symptoms of sickness, what I do is that, I’ll look for the word of God that speaks about my health and I will begin to eat, chew and regurgitate it from within me, and before I know it, the symptoms will just disappear.
I was thinking through at a time and then Holy Spirit told me that if the devil wants to win a Battle over a Christian, what he will do first is that, he’ll work on his memory to forget what the word of God says concerning his situation and then push him into it and start thinking of solutions rather than the word of God.
The psalmist says the word of God performs the work of health and healing to him.

    Proverbs 4:20-22
My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them amid thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

Billy Graham (of blessed Memory), died at the age of 99 and he didn’t fall sick during his lifetime. Even at old age, he wasn’t sick, he died a natural death. When some people questioned him and asked for the secret of his Divine Health, he said one doze of proverb and 2 dozes of Psalm every morning (The word of God).

    3. I HAVE BEEN REDEEMED

The word ‘Redemption’ means a certain PRICE has been paid to bail someone that is in a prison. This PRICE is called RANSOM. And this means, earlier before now, I was in a prison. And the person that pushed me into the prison is called Adam, the captor is the devil, but JESUS paid my bill by His blood and the payment is once and for all.

He did this on the cross of Calvary. The 3 major things He paid for, were sin, sickness, and poverty.

    Isaiah 53:5
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes, we are healed.

    4. I GOT KNOWLEDGE

You may care to know the difference between a believer that do fall sick and the one that doesn’t use to fall sick. The difference is what Jesus stated in Matthew 7 about the 2 men that were building and the difference is knowledge.

    Isaiah 5:13
Therefore my people are gone into captivity because they have no KNOWLEDGE: and their honorable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.

    2 Peter 1:3
According to as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto LIFE and godliness, through the KNOWLEDGE of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

God says in the book of Isaiah that “My people” are in captivity in which sickness is part of it, because they lack knowledge. “My people” here means they are Believers. Peter also says that as a believer you need to live good in your life even before considering your spirituality, and all these packages are rightly embedded in God and can be accessible through  KNOWLEDGE.

    Why not get knowledge today?
Last month marked the 6th year that I’ve been living without falling sick.
I’ve embedded all the Principles of Divine Health in a book titled FORTIFIED HEALTH”

In the book, you’ll be exposed to how Jesus won the Battle of sickness for you and how you can move from the level of Divine healing to Divine health.

  • In the book, you’ll see the testimonies of those that have practiced all the Principles and how they are living right now without falling sick.
  • In the book also, there are 100 Healing scriptures that are meant for your consumption.

  • The Drama at Mashaa 2

    The Drama at Mashaa 2

One thing funny about the Israelites is that they were having a very short memory; they forget things so easily.

Here we are, in Chapter 17 at Rephidim

    Exodus 17:2-7

“Wherefore the people did chide with Moses, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore do ye tempt the LORD?
And the people thirsted there for water; and the people murmured against Moses, and said, Wherefore is this that thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst?
And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, What shall I do unto this people? they are almost ready to stone me.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Go on before the people, and take with thee of the elders of Israel; and thy rod, wherewith thou smitest the river, take in thine hand, and go.
Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb, and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.
And he called the name of the place Massah, and Meribah, because of the chiding of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the LORD, saying, Is the LORD among us, or not?”

At Marah, there was water but it was bitter. But at Rephidim, there was no water at all. And don’t forget about their short memory problem. They started grumbling and murmuring against God, and grumbled against Moses to the extent that they almost stoned him.
Moses went ahead to commune with God and God told him to take his staff, call on some elders, and they should meet with Him on Mount Sinai. When they got there, Moses was asked to stroke his rod on the Rock and water came out. And that place was called MASSAH(A place where God was tempted) and MERIBAH(A place where Moses was argued with)

    WHO IS THAT Rock??
Don’t forget that we aim to bring out Jesus from the scene😊

    1 Corinthians 10:1-4Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
    And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and the sea;
    And did all eat the same spiritual meat;
And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

  • The Drama at Massah

    The Drama at Massah

Welcome again to the Christocentric Series, The last topic treated was Tabah; The Mystery of the Ark and we saw Jesus at the center of it.

Just 400 years after the flood experience, we see God making a covenant with a Man called Abraham, God promised him to bless the family of the whole earth through his seed.

    Genesis 12:7
And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him.

Afterwards, we see that Abraham gave birth to Isaac who gave birth to Jacob and Jacob gave birth to 12 children. At Bethel, Jacob’s name was changed to Israel, therefore his 12 children are called the children of Israel. These were the so called Israelites (Genesis 49 highlighted their names).

All you need to live a sickness free love…just for #1000 order via http://wa.me/2349030991359

One of 12 children’s name was a boy named Joseph. Joseph found himself in Egypt being sold there, as a slave. And by the virtue of God’s favour, he later became the prime minister of Egypt, such that when there was a great famine in the whole world, Joseph was the only one in charge of food in Egypt. So, His Brethren went to get food in Egypt and they saw him and that was how all of them had a reunion and started living back in Egypt, each of them with their wives. And they started giving birth to babies. And when Joseph and the (reigning) king (Pharaoh) died, all of them couldn’t find their way back home again.

Another king mounted the throne named after the first king; Pharaoh, He wasn’t friendly with the Israelites (Jew) at all. He rather maltreated them. But, they kept giving birth amidst themselves and God decided to save them through a boy called Moses.

After spending 400 years in the camp of the Egyptians, God delivered them from the second Pharaoh by drowning those bad guys into the Red Sea.

    I just finished summarizing Genesis12-Exodus 14😀… Isn’t that wonderful??😉

MARAH to REPHIDIM EXPERIENCE (EXODUS 15-17)
In Exodus 15, we see the Israelites at a place called MARAH. They were thirsty and they began grumble against Moses that why can’t he provide water for them (what an ungrateful attitude🤔). But Moses prayed to God and the water became sweet and they started enjoying as they had been enjoying.

    Exodus 15:22-25
So Moses brought Israel from the Red sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness, and found no water.
And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah.
And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?
And he cried unto the LORD; and the LORD shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance , and there he proved them.

In chapter 16,God still proved Himself as a provider to them by Providing Manna and Quai for them from Heaven.

I’ll continue with the rest of the story in the next post. 😊

    TIME :
Ask any serious man, he is always accused by his wife that he doesn’t have time for her. Most especially when the man doesn’t work from home. Even those that work from home receive the same accusation. The man is left to wonder that “if he doesn’t make money, is it not the wife that will first complain?”

    A. Guilty as charged
Men are guilty of not spending quantity time with their family. I learnt from Brian Tracy that the time a man spends at work is measured in quality but the time spent at home should be measured in quantity. This, I found very difficult to understand and I am yet to fully get it but I’m improving.

Three activities matter to a man: working, meaningful discussion, a little leisure spent on hobbies or the kind of fun he loves. And so, a man is pissed with just sitting with his wife looking at each other’s eyes or chatting away thus, he picks his phone to scroll the internet.

    B. Your wife is not a pet.
You rub the head of a pet dog on your way out in the morning. When you arrive, it waggles its tail at you and you briefly caress it. You give it food and anytime you are free, you do it favour of spending a little time with it. You make it sit and watch you read the newspaper on your rocking chair. You do all these to a pet and it will love you. Do that for your wife, she will bite you.

She’s your companion, she wants you to talk or listen to her talk. She wants you in her own time, not just at your own time.

    C. Stop asking
What have I gained with this time? Or how much has it put in my pocket? Stop saying, “I would know how much have made if I spend the same time at my shop”. You gain a lot when you gist with your wife or partner. You gain her heart. You make her joyful and proud. Do that and watch her turned into an angel, unlike the witch you had believed she was.
    _
    C. When accused .
Probably, the time a man is accused of ignoring her wife or partner is the most painful because of course, most of what he does is for her sake. However, that is the time you need to take a deep breath and apologize then try to make up. Don’t give excuses. Don’t say: “should I leave my work ni?” Don’t say, “won’t I rest after a very busy day?” Please, don’t ever say that you expected her to be understanding. Any wife who claims she’s understanding is faking and enduring it. That moment she’s accusing you is her breaking point, ignore her and she will be depressed. Behind her fierce anger and accusation is a cool-headed motherly hearted woman. Dissolve the shell with soft words and you will see that the food that will await you in the evening will be amazingly good.

    D. Make the little time count.
Check on her every time you’re at work.Drop SMS or chat. Gist even when you are away. Eulogize her on your social media status. Always comment on the food before she asked if you enjoyed it. Comment even before you commence eating. Say, thank you for the food. Also, after sex, thank her.

    E. Listen to her all the time you’re listening.
Listening halfway while working or busy with your phone is as good as ignoring her. Even if she disturbs your work, listen to her and it would worth it. If my wife interrupts my work and I ignore her, I usually lose concentration and feel guilty but when I listen attentively, she does free me after few minutes and I enjoy the other part of the work. The truth is, the busier and engaged you are, the more she loves and misses you. The idler you are, the more she’s bored around you. So, after a long day, create her own time and give it to her. Never allow her to get used to talking to outsiders. Be her best friend. Give her a listening ear. Any wife or fiancee that has any other best friend is not enjoying the marriage or relationship.
    _
    F. Public Holidays
Public holidays often come as gifts to the civil servants. You can’t be busy all the time. There are certain days and hours you are less busy. That time often comes after a long hard-working time. In that period, let her enjoy you. Keep your phone away and do things together. Do this not just because of her but because of yourself.

    G. Get her busy not with house chores.
You will never enjoy the best of your wife until she doesn’t have to do the house chores or cook fresh meals every day. Three house chores my wife doesn’t do: washing/ironing of clothes, washing of plates & sweeping. I hope to continue shrinking her house chores until she has almost nothing left. This is not expensive to achieve, just make a move. Lend her a helping hand and stay around the kitchen sometimes when she cooks. As you become more comfortable, get the work reduced. Let her get busy with purpose-driven activities and imparts. You will realize that the accusation of “not enough time” will drop from 100 to 10 immediately. Wives that stays at home all day, complain the most. Especially if she does nothing except house chores. My apology.

    1. SEX
Sex is the second area a man struggles with the most.
The problem associated with sex varies from family to family. To a man, it is that his wife doesn’t like sex while he loves it, to another, the wife likes sex but he doesn’t like it. And to another, he is fed up that he is unable to satisfy his wife most of the time or even all the time. Many women had never reached orgasm all their lives despite spending years in the marriage. To another, his wife doesn’t add icing to the sex to make it more enjoyable. The most healthy sex life in marriage is at least every other day or 3-4 times a week.

These struggles are real and heart borne. Meet with a counsellor, most especially a sex therapist as a couple or go to YouTube. You will learn a lot from how to last long to giving your wife an orgasm. Please, don’t take drugs and do not watch pornography. Porns doesn’t teach sex, it only acts what sex is not. And please, you have no business researching sex if you are not married.

But wait o. Why does it seem like this piece is meant for mother’s day? Actually, when men learn this, they have more rest of mind and leave longer.

    Happy Babas day

  • TEBAH 2: The Pitch and the Door

TEBAH 2: The Pitch and the Door

Genesis 6:14“Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.”

We are still on the hidden mystery of Ark. When God was giving the instructions of how the ark will be to Noah, God told him to cover the ark with pitch both inside and outside.

For us to get the Prophetic meaning of the Pitch, we first need to get the literal meaning.

PITCH means a waterproof object that doesn’t permit water movement or water penetration. Strong Concordance Hebrew word for pitch means KAPHAR which still means: ‘cover, purge, make Atonement.’
You can read more about this in my article ‘ YOM KIPPUR’ . The word KIPPUR was coined from KAPHAR‘.

In the New Testament, Pitch is translated as PROPITIATION‘.
Jesus is the pitch that didn’t allow God’s Judgement (Water) to come to us. *1 John 2:1-2*

“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
And he is the PROPITIATION for our sins: and not for ours only, but also the sins of the whole world”. *1 John 4:10*

“Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he _loved us, and sent his Son to be the PROPITIATION for our sins”.

    THE DOOR

Genesis 6:16″A window shalt thou make to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the DOOR of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it”.

Another silent but salient point is that the Ark is having only one door. And it’s rare for you to see a very big ark that will be having only a door.
So, Just as the ark is having only one entrance, it is also only one entrance Into eternal salvation which is Jesus. _John 10:9_

“I am the DOOR: by me, if any man enters in, he shall be saved and shall go in and out, and find pasture”.

If you are enlightened, type Jesus is the waterproof”😄

  • Pastors_Diary: WHEN TO SAY “GOD SAYS” II

Pastors_Diary: WHEN TO SAY “GOD SAYS” II

In the second part of this article. Our focus would be “When to say, God, says”. But let’s start by highlighting the things we said about WHEN NOT TO SAY, GOD, SAYS:

“`1. When you require counsel from your spiritual father.

    1. When speaking to the elderly
    2. When you are not sure
    3. When details are required
    4. When lying
    5. When presiding
    6. When it’s too much
    7. When spitting others.“`

Let’s move on to ” WHEN TO SAY, GOD SAYS”.

    1. When giving prophecy:
Talking about prophecy, I’m talking about forth-telling not foretelling or what have you. When you are giving prophecy in 1st person singular, you’re expected to start with ” thus saith the Lord”.
    2. When Necessary:
Like I explained in the first part, certain things require you to tell certain people emphatically that it was as God says. For instance, in choosing a life partner or being called into the ministry. Meanwhile, it is not everyone you need to tell “God says” in those cases thus, the reason I wrote “certain” people.
    3. When Commanded:
There are times when God particularly commands people to emphasize that He is the sole source of the information or statement. Jonah for instance, emphatically told the people that “God said” and it led to genuine repentance.
    4. When it’s an instruction.
Sounds like the preceding point but it’s not the same. There are times God gives instructions that you must always say, “God says” every time you talk about certain things. This helps to stir the faith of people. Kenneth Hagin said that God told him to always tell people that he saw Jesus and that Jesus touched his palm with the unction to heal. For as long as he said that, God assured him that healing would occur. Many must have heard me read the story of the woman with the issue of blood with the notion that God said that anytime I read from that story to the people, healing is certain. God instructed me to always say it to people. Such instructions are not to be joked with but you are required to stay within the scope.
    5. When it’s exceptionally critical.
This appeals to our discretion. God may not have commanded or instructed you but you know that unless you tell them that it was God God that told you, the information will not achieve its aim then, wisdom requires you inject “God says”. Meanwhile, take note not to over-emphasize it. At times, It is just good to say “God says” in the first line only and not repeatedly during the speech. Also, when adding details from your thought, do not add “God says”. Learn from Agabus . He knew when to say God said and when to keep shut. When God showed him something about Paul, he only said and demonstrated what he saw with the prefix- “thus saith the Lord”. He didn’t make the mistake of insinuating that God asked him to warn Paul against travelling. 6. When it is prophetic
When God showed you a revelation or spoke to you prophetically, it may require that you acknowledge Him as the source. However, this is very dicey and delicate thus, wisdom is highly required in delivering prophetic messages.
If you don’t mind, we can have part 3 to address “how to relate visions & revelations” to people.

PASTORS_DIARY: When to say “God Says”.

If anyone claims that he has never misheard God then, he has never heard God. The reason some people stumble upon their speech and some do not is conditioned by their understanding of spiritual things and the presentation.

The aim of article is not explain how to hear God correctly but how to present whatever you thinks God says to you. It is pardonable to speak wrongly based on your own thought than to speak wrongly under the premise of God says.

Let’s start with WHEN NOT TO SAY GOD SAYS.

    1. When you require counsel from your spiritual father.
Imagine if Moses went to Jethro for advice and started by saying “God told me to judge the people this way though it’s stressful”. Jethro knew God used to speak to Moses mouth to mouth so he won’t want to say God “didn’t say” even though he would know that he was wrong. It is the same when a son or daughter goes to his spiritual father for counsel. A son who says, “I feel” or “I think” is open to counsel but the one that says “God says this and that” is not open to any counsel. However, in some critical cases, like calling into the ministry and choosing a life partner, it requires the prefix- “God told me”. But, don’t go ahead to state the details using “God says”. If you are to add details, let it seem like your thought so they can advice you freely. I wish I can say this louder. I took pity on some people, if not, they won’t take any counsel away from me other than “since God told you, go do it.” Imagine someone presenting to you his God-given ministry’s name filled with grammatical errors.
    2. When speaking to the elderly.
One of my good sons went to his in-law’s house for the first time and told them God said he must marry his wife that year. The family spoke of their unreadiness yet he insisted God said. When he told me of his experience, he said he was using CDA like I taught them. I reminded him that the scriptures say you should not cast your pearl before the pigs because it may turn against you (Mathew 7:6).

Generally, elders both carnal and spiritual sees “God says” from a youth as pride. If you need their approval, support or counsel, present most of your speech as your thought. Let them say whatever they wanted to say. Pick the wrong advice from the right ones and move on. Some youths will even argue fiercely with elders claiming “God said”. When God told me to resign into full time ministry, I spoke to about 10 elders. I did tell them I was led but I didn’t emphasize on it. I wanted them to talk freely. Some gave skewed views but it contained some wisdom and challenge. I wouldn’t have gotten that if am just about God says.

    1. When you are not sure-
Has this ever happened to you? God might tell you something or showed you a vision and yet, you aren’t 100% sure about what it means. That’s why you see mature men of God asking questions instead of speaking emphatically. Like, “who is John?” Instead of, “your husband’s name is John”. Many think it’s a style. No, it’s a wisdom. If you asked some men of God, they would confess to you that they don’t even feel that person standing before them could be married so, they had thought that John was her brother. I have goofed on this before.
    2. When it’s not necessary: the main reason for adding “God says” is to validate your word but many times, it is not actually required. You can be trusted without adding it and that opens you up to counsel as well. 8 out of 10 ten times I have told my wife about my thought on certain issues is actually what I felt God said to me but I always present it as my own thought. Many times, she has edited some and dismissed some. She was able to do that because I didn’t start with “God says”. And I have realized that most of the things she dismissed were actually my own thought.
    3. When details is required.
We all know that at times, God only give the topic and we are left to add the body but we often feel that all the body comes from the Spirit alas, we have mixed it up somewhere. So, when talking, present the topic as God says if necessary and present the details as your own thought even when you feel God had told you.
    4. When Lying:
Yes, I have witnessed this several times. Because people know God speaks to you doesn’t mean you should deceive them with “God says”. It’s not enough that you lied but you added God said? Don’t say it while joking or playing. Don’t say it when you don’t mean it.
    5. When presiding:
Presidents and leaders need to know this. You don’t stand before your executive members all the time saying God said this and that. What about, “I have an idea”, “I thought about something”, “Can we do this?”. Honestly, I have presented some things before our excos that I felt I heard God but they dismissed it before it landed. They could do that freely because I didn’t start with God said. And every of those times, they were right. At times, they only edit what I said and I go back to re-align. And of course, some times, I have said to them: “God says” emphatically and had never missed to His Glory.
    6. When it’s too much.
When I was younger, I always say “Holy Spirit says I should sit”, “Holy Spirit says I should stand”, “Holy Spirit tells me to sleep”, “God says this and that”. One day, Holy Spirit told me: “but you can do this and that without saying God says, isn’t it?” He told me to stop saying “God says” outrightly for some time till I learnt when to say it and when not. I am still learning.
    7. When spitting others:
Let’s even assume God told you that a man is a liar, you can tell him that he’s lying without saying God says. When you love others, you won’t want to put them to shame openly let alone coat your words with God says.

I will talk about when to say “God says” in another article.

Learn from Paul. Some times, he presented issues as his personal opinion even when he knew he was so inspired.

    1 Cor. 7:12
Now, I will speak to the rest of you, though I do not have a direct command from the Lord. If a Christian man has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to continue living with him, he must not leave her.

    1 Cor. 14:5
I wish you could all speak in tongues, but even more I wish you could all prophesy.

    1Ti 5:23
Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach’s sake and thine often infirmities.
