But it’s taking long.

Next time, rise, start all over, do everything you used to do, look for more things you can do and keep walking again.

The word of God can be seen in two dimensions which are: The written word of God known as Logos, and the Revealed word of God known as Rhema. We are in a generation of young
believers that are not ready to follow protocols, they love to skip it. I have seen so many young believers that also want their words to be quotable, they want to spit fire, they want people to sigh and be utterly amazed at their utterance but are not ready to pay the price to gain the prize. I have the opportunity to meet with several young people that need counseling on their unstable study life but from my experience, I found out that they are only running to a counselor to get a cheat that will take away the responsibility they ought to take. So many people are not ready to be disciplined and serious with their spiritual growth. It is good you have a spiritual father, it is good you run to a counselor but you’re the one that is accountable and responsible for your life, they are just there to guide you.

Are you looking for Rhema? Good; there are stages you have to pass through before obtaining them. They are what I call 3R’s Stages which are: 1. Reading Stage. 2. Researching Stage. 3. Revelation Stage.

READING STAGE

This is the initial stage of receiving Rhema, it is the basic, and you can’t boycott this stage. Your seriousness in this stage will determine your speed in getting to the revealed word.

At this stage, you read your Bible book by book, read about a character or about a concept in the Bible. You may create an operating system as I taught in chapter one but it must be flexible to the leading of the Spirit.

• By Book: Obadiah, Colossians, Nehemiah etc.

• By Character: Paul, Ahimaaz, Hadassah etc.

• By Concept: Healing, Holiness, Grace, Warfare etc.

At this Stage, you must get a simple version of the Bible to read. So many people use the old, archaic and complex King James Version and it is responsible for their inability to understand their Bible. I would suggest that you get other versions of the Bible alongside, such as the New Living Translation (NLT), The Passion Translation (TPT), and Easy to Read Version (ERV) etc.

A brother and I had a chat via WhatsApp sometimes ago, he asked me to explain a particular verse of the Bible to him. I told him to read that same verse from 5 other versions and he came back later, without explaining anything to him, he just smiled and confessed that he now understands it.

While reading too, get a dictionary with you. There are some words that you might not get their meanings from different versions of the Bible but the dictionary will help you out.

I will also suggest that you get videos of such books or characters from Google as you read, when you visualize it, you understand it better.

Deuteronomy 11:19-20

And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

And thou shalt write them upon the doorposts of thine house, and upon thy gates:

While reading, you don’t have to restrict yourself to the passage for your quiet time alone. In fact if you are serious with your quiet time, you will notice that you will always thirst to read your Bible the more.

While you’re in the toilet, if you are with your mobile phone with you, read the Bible! You’re on a long queue in the bank? Read it! You’re waiting for someone? Read it! You don’t need to carry your hard copy Bible around when you have it on your phone. At any available time, keep reading it. This stage can be referred to as the BABBLING STAGE OF RHEMA.

Jesus, the word of God, had been dwelling, dining and wining with the disciples on the road to Emmaus (this is likened to the Reading), they told Jesus to tarry with them (Researching) and Jesus broke bread with them and their eyes were opened (Rhema).

RESEARCHING STAGE

At this stage, you’re pushing yourself forward a little bit. This is also called the Digging Stage; you dig into it spiritually and personally.

Digging spiritually is a spiritual exercise called Meditation, that is, you ruminate on it with the help of the Spirit of God for deeper understanding.

The Bible says blessed are those that find interest in meditating on the word of God.

Psalms 1:2

But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Personal digging involves going the extra mile in getting the facts, it is also called STUDY. The wise man says that when you search, research and find, those words will be life to you.

Proverbs 4:20-22

My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

REVEALING STAGE

This is the Rhema Stage; this is when the voice behind the word, the spoken word, will be revealed to you. At this stage, the word of God bubbles to you and that’s why it’s called the BUBBLING STAGE. Here your eyes are opened and you see what ordinary eyes can’t see in the word of God.

Luke 24:29-31

But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them. And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.

And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.

SELF-ESTEEM or OTHERS’ ESTEEM

Those days in the Church, whenever it was offering time and I didn’t have money on me, I felt very shy to raise my empty hand for prayers. But these days, I do transfer and when it is offering time, I can’t raise my phone but confidently raise the “empty” hand.

What changed?

Those times I felt shy, why did I feel shy? Because I feel people would be looking at me somehow for lifting an empty hand? But now, have they stopped looking at me somehow? But I don’t care because I know in my mind that I have the money.

I shouldn’t have felt bad those days because the issue of offering should have just been between me and my God. So, the problem was with me and not with them. Because, now I still raise the same hands and I feel good.

It is called self-esteem and not others’ esteem. Don’t judge yourself by what others think or feel about you. Most times, those people don’t even notice you. What you think they are thinking is just what you are thinking about yourself.

On the issue of whether should christians confess and ask for forgiveness.

1. Christians have been forgiven their sins, much over 2000 years ago, right there on that cross.

2. Christians have also been healed over 2000 years ago on that same cross.

3. When you are sick today, you CONFESS YOUR HEALING. E.g.: I AM HEALED OF ACHES IN JESUS NAME. You are not supposed to be sick but symptoms appear at times.

4. When you sin today you ACKNOWLEDGE & CONFESS YOUR FORGIVENESS. E.g.: I RECEIVE FORGIVENESS OVER TELLING LIES TO MY ROOM-MATE IN JESUS NAME. You are not supposed to sin but you slip at times.

5. Your spirit (the original man) does not fall sick but his flesh and soul may come under symptoms but you don’t ignore it and say “The spirit is not the one that is sick”.

6. Your spirit is not sinful but the soul and flesh can fall into sin. You fall into it because you are not LIVING in it. Sinners don’t fall into sin, they live in sin.

7. Confession is not what makes God forgive you, HE HAD FORGIVEN YOU, It positions you to RECEIVE what you have been given. It starts by reassuring your conscience.

8. Acknowledging and Confessing means you are taking responsibility and repenting.

9. Confessing our sins as well as Confessing our healing does not add or remove from the work of the cross, it only positions you for RECEPTION.

QUESTIONS

ELON MUSK IS NOT GENEROUS

You must be aware that the richest man in the world who bought Twitter last year October have started paying a huge and competitive amount to its users who meet the required criteria. Tweeting for fun or interest is now turning into tweeting for money.

But why is he doing this? Does it mean that he is very generous? Where is the money coming from? And so on.

You may not know why he is paying hundreds of thousands of naira from what is called “ads revenue sharing” but one thing you should bear in mind is that he is not doing charity and he is not acting nice. There’s surely something more.

When my wife asked me: “Why did he spend such an amount to buy Twitter”. I told her: “Imagine Elon Musk as a rich man who saw an artwork that he loved so much and decided to pay any amount to have it”. Though a businessman and investor, his first aim of buying Twitter is not business but adding to his catalogue of luxury. While he could buy a gold-plated house or car, he bought Twitter for an irresistible amount.

In his expressions, you will realize that he saw Twitter as a platform that he likes and that he can further slim fit to what he really wants it to look like.

His first idea was to have its users verified! This, he believes would reduce bots (fake) accounts and give authenticity to whatever they Tweet. To make it make sense and to enrol a lot of people on it, he asked people to pay for! This was a welcomed development by many who have been feeling cheated for not having the verified blue tick all the while. But to some of those who had it already, they felt it was a wrong move to give it out to TOM, DICK AND HARRY just for a few amount.

Then he added salt to the injury: he asked those who were formerly honoured with the blue tick for free to PAY for continued use. This vexed a lot of important figures and celebrities. Many vowed not to pay and to participate less on Twitter.

That and some other changes he was making to suit his dream of the bird app (Twitter) continued to get some people angry. Some companies also decided to reduce or stop advertising on Twitter.

Some people decided to take advantage of the situation by creating Twitter-like apps to compete and draw people away. The prominent among them was Blue Sky launched by Jack, former CEO of Twitter.

Mere the fact that Elon Musk could wake up one morning to decide what happens on his Twitter as the sole landlord gets people pissed. For instance, at his discretion, he granted the power to edit tweets to those who are verified only. Others cannot edit if they make mistakes. They will have to delete it. Again, he said those with the blue ticks could tweet more words at a go than those without it. He was doing all these to make the blue tick enticing. He knew many people could afford it but they were just being stubborn. He also decided to remain stubborn. The one he did that got people most angry was to limit the number of tweets that those without the blue tick could see in a day. That seems to be the height of it. Many vowed to vacate his house or participate less. That was when Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg showed up!

Mark announced he was launching his Twitter-like app, “Thread”. And without wasting time, it was released. People started downloading it. If not for anything, to spite Elon Musk. Elon vowed to sue (I don’t know how far with that) but I guessed he figured a better way to handle the situation- MONEY SHARING.

Forget all the anger people were having and the vow they had made never to buy or pay for the Twitter verification, money changed everything! To partake in the ads revenue sharing, you must pay for the verification ($8 or #3500-#5000 for Nigerians) and the more you tweet, the more you make! The system is simple. “Ads revenue sharing” means, “from the money companies that advertise on Twitter pay, we will give you a share but that means, we can show their advert under your posts”. This has made a lot of influencers to start replying comments under their tweets for more engagements.

Will Twitter make more money than before? I don’t think so. Even if they realize more money from the adverts, they are also giving out much more as well.

Will he stop the payout anytime soon? He has the power but I don’t think so. Many social media does it only that he has fewer conditions and he pays more.

Will the amount he pays reduce with time? Most likely. You can only share what you have and the more people that subscribe to it, the less each will get.

So, what does Elon Musk tend to gain in all of this since he is not acting generous or doing charity? HE IS KILLING COMPETITION.

There are more rules and changes, he will make on Twitter going forward but people won’t complain or threaten to leave because there is MONEY FOR YOU if you stay. For instance, he is changing the Twitter name and logo to X. He also said he will remove the BLOCK features. And people are not complaining. Rather, they are tweeting more aggressively.

A pastor killed himself for being jilted by a lover whom he paid his school fees (according to the story). Some have taken that out and begun to say “Don’t ever pay the school fees of a lady who is not yet your wife’.

Going back, I would have paid my wife’s school fees over and over. She would have gladly paid mine as well. I once used my whole salary to buy her a phone when we were in courtship. She used the whole of her school allowance to support my second book project. The project got stuck due to the inflated cost of printing materials. That was the first time she knew the meaning of being broke in her life. When I resigned into full-time ministry (still in courtship), I had to stop her from sharing her foodstuff with me. She was still a student at that time.

Paying the school fees of a lady whom you are courting (not a girlfriend) can never be wrong. It is the kind of person you are doing it for that is the issue.

First, I can only vouch for a Christian courtship. Mind you, it is not all Christians that are into a Christian courtship.

Second, take your head along with you into any relationship. Read the signs and don’t ignore the red flags. The kind of sacrifices I made in courtship can only be towards HER. She has also told me that she can only go that far with someone like ME.

What is Spirituality

Going to programs, praying, fasting, speaking in tongues and sweating 😹, reading the Bible, etc. And you can’t balance with another thing what is not balanced. As armless as those things sound, you can be doing it the wrong way. You can be Spiritually imbalanced. You can be Spiritually wrong. What are you looking for 🤷🏽‍♀️ If your spiritual life is imbalanced on its own, trying to balance it with something else will lead to nothing 🤷🏽‍♀️. Anyways that is not where I’m going tonight. One day, I was telling my husband that, how can a student be challenged to pray 10 hours every day, edakun 🤷🏽‍♀️. Many of you are not spiritual, you are only full of noise. You appear everywhere you can, here and there.

Spirituality is defined as:

Praying diligently, i.e., knowing when to think and when to pray and when to act is everything.
Reading the word: Getting the picture of your life from the word and not just trying to put yourself up for something because people are doing it.
Service: Not just appearing everywhere there is a popular man of God, crowd, and digital camera to snap you while sweating is important. Serving God diligently and knowing when you are actually wasting your time.
If that is you, your spiritual life is imbalanced and any other load you try to carry with it will also not be balanced. And if we look into your spiritual activities, the only thing we find is Speaking in tongues at programs, posting Bible passages that have never ministered to you on status, and shouting revival on Facebook, finish.

You see in this life:

Going to pray inside the bush
Looking for an encounter that will shake you and later give you a headache and nothing more, ko necessary 🤷🏽‍♀️
How many of you noticed that the most popular men of God, as in the ones that will be in the top 10 list as far as the result is concerned, are not the complicated preachers 🤷🏽‍♀️. You will tell somebody, if I pray for you now, right here you will receive the Holy Ghost and he responded, ko possible, is it that easy 🤷🏽‍♀️. Even with 10 days of fasting and prayer, I have not received.

The reason we are having many spiritual nonentities is not far-fetched, we just love it when things are difficult, when things don’t come easily and I don’t know why. Did you study Yongi cho? His simplicity is something else. But you want something hard, something that will hit you and your body will be shaking. Since you have been shaking, what has happened 😹. This life is not hard, my brother 🤷🏽‍♀️. Serve God and get serviced. And ye shall Serve the Lord, and he shall bless…

Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and every other thing shall be added…

The first reason you were created is so you can serve the Lord,
👉🏼Spirituality is us and the foundation, so it is spirituality that will accommodate the relationship. If you study your Bible because you want to take SFA for instance, God will speak to you too; he can’t leave you empty. Serve God and get other things you need effortlessly. God wants to show you the way. God wants to show you things that eye has not seen nor ears have heard.

Many times when we read the Bible to take a teaching, for example, we think it is because of people but if you are humble enough you will realize more than people, God wants to speak to you. If the foundation is right, everything placed on it will stand. When you saw this topic you were like wow, let me go and learn how to balance my spiritual life with a relationship when you don’t have a spiritual life.

Get your spiritual life right before thinking of other things. And that is the problem with this generation. Spirituality is not just saying or wishing or thinking it. You are not spiritual. You that go into a relationship without even saying a word of prayer is asking the question on how to balance your spiritual life with marital.

👉🏼 Do your Relationship/Marriage spiritually. They work hand in hand.
👉🏼 We can’t separate the two: Spirituality and Relationship. The two can ride safely. If you remove being spiritual and you focus on marriage, there will be trouble at the end, though it might not look like it now. Lay the foundation with God. Start with God. Let Him lead you. Let him guide.

You have been desiring and dreaming a good home all your life but not once have you gotten yourself a book to know how, you will agree with me that the devil is doing press up on your future. Make your hair with whatever amount o, it is your money. On your head is 10,000 or even more hair. Very easy. Knowledge will make your journey faster and smoother. So easy. Knowledge makes things very easy.

As long as you are not getting the right knowledge about doing a relationship the proper way, the level of your Spirituality does not matter, you will keep failing. How will it now balance at the end 🤷🏽‍♀️, It cannot. Many have carried the load of love on their chest when they ought to be pursuing God and a career. Many put on their chest how to find, maintain, and grow love when they ought to be finding purpose.

And leads us to another point. So that you will not lose maritally, do it at the right season. Whatever crop or plant you are supposed to plant in a particular season and you don’t plant will not grow 🤷🏽‍♀️ and one will lose. There are many things you need to pay attention to now, please give them their own time and don’t choke them with marital thought. Relationship this, relationship that, why? 👉🏼 The totality of your life is not Relationship. You asking this question and that question, questions that do not concern you. You are on every relationship page on this planet Earth. How do I know my purpose?

But you have never asked yourself or anybody questions about how people make it. What is the price to pay for greatness? What if this? What if that? Is Relationship here and there. How to manage time effectively. How to pray and receive answers. How to love the Lord. Are you you, are you that? Are you lying down? Any small thing, have you eaten? Some after getting engaged, the only thing that matters in their life is how to talk from morning till evening with the one they love.

From one romantic talk to the other. It is from one topic of discussion to the other. No time to share the word of God together or pray. How do you make out time for spiritual things in your relationship? As if the only life they have is Relationship. If you meet to pray and you realize you are into a gist already, end the gist and do the right thing. Have a time scheduled only to do spiritual things. And put boundaries on the time, such as whatever happens we are not going to discuss anything before we share the word or pray every Friday 5 pm.

It could be that the first conversation we will have every Wednesday will be to share the word. It will help you. Such as, we will not exchange greetings when we meet to pray, we will just go straight to the business of the day. If you will always realize you have wasted time talking instead of praying when you scheduled it, then set stricter boundaries. Start with God. Before you begin to ask questions about their day and what they eat. Before you begin to profess love. But waiting to get married to have a firebrand lifestyle will lead you to nothing. Such a lifestyle will be easy to transfer into Marriage. Start now.

I want a fire-branded woman. 👉🏼 When you seek a fireman/woman, don’t be a fire extinguisher. Now he said let us pray, you are yawning. A man that can tarry for 20 years. Immediately he said, tell me about your best color, super story will start. You want her to be like Deborah in the Bible but you have not allowed her to fight a single war with her purpose and win. Your senses are charged and sleep run away. You have not allowed her to bring down the kingdom of darkness through her purpose. You bring her down with words, you are scared she will not submit to you again. You are scared, she will have so much power.

Make sure your actions are not Fire extinguishers, as against your wish. And you might not have a say. As she wants to do this and that, you drag her backward.

And lastly. 👉🏼 Be what you want. Be what you want. You cannot pray five minutes but want someone that prays five hours, even God is not partial, it cannot happen. You grow up deliberately. Some of you think when you marry someone that can pray for hours, something will jump out of them into you, then you begin to pray 10 hours without knowing. The equation does not balance at all. There is nothing accidental about growth.

You make an effort. You build strength. You build capacity. You tarry. You ignore your feelings. You endure. You displease yourself. You delay gratification. Be who you want to attract, and boom you are there. One step at a time, and the blend will be wonderful. Be spiritual. You will attract a spiritual person. Be spiritually balanced. You will attract a spiritually balanced person.

Our topic tonight is: IN TIME LIKE THIS

A lot has happened this year alone than at any other time in the life of Nigerians. Most especially from unthoughtful government decisions and wars across the world. One was the cash crunch and then the effect of the removal of subsidy. But what should a believer do in times like this? People are really suffering, isn’t it? And where is the face of God? What should we do?

Let me tell you two things—These two things should never leave your heart even if you will forget every other thing I will say tonight.

1. GOD NEVER PLANNED THAT THE COMFORT OF HIS PEOPLE IS BASED ON THE COUNTRY THEY LIVE IN.

Should I rephrase that or it’s simple enough? You are in Nigeria, yes! Things are expensive, yes! Yes but no problem! What concerns a pilot with potholes! That’s the way God’s people should be! Job 22:29—When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person. I pray for you—when men say there is a casting down, you shall say there is a lifting up IN JESUS NAME! YOU WILL NOT GO DOWN WITH NIGERIA ECONOMY IN JESUS NAME. Your parents will not go down. Your finances will not go down.

I told you there are TWO FACTS you must always know—

2. GOD WILL ALWAYS MAKE A WAY OUT FOR HIS PEOPLE.

It is only if you have not seen it! God is always making a way forward! Look at this passage—1Co 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. May YOUR EYES see the way out. May you see the way of escape! May that opportunity that will take you out and above the economic woes come to you! So, what must you do! what must I do to get this promise of God that I have been hearing! Thank God you said THIS PROMISE OF GOD. PROMISE of God, God terms and conditions. See—this time and season, it is only those who know the way of God that will have a good laugh! This is HIS WORD Mathew 6 33 But seek ye FIRST the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. My dear, it is only those in God’s service that will have a good life. Seek YE FIRST! If you have been in His service, this is not the time to back down. It is not the time to relax. It is a good time for refire and continuity. Receive GRACE IN JESUS NAME. Seek ye first in SERVING!

The service of God is in three folds: REACHING OUT TO SOULS. GIVING. PRAYING. How many of you see the prophecy that I sent across some days ago? I’m going to resend it. Reaching out to souls is in terms of TEACHING AND ANAGKAZO (evangelism) just like we do every week! Giving, in your tithes, offering and sacrifice. This is not the time to stop but the time to be rededicated. Praying for the kingdom. We pray every morning 6am to 7am on t.me/sadozite just for the kingdom. This is the system that attracts INSTANT PAYMENT AND REWARDS in times like this. May you not be found wanting!

Acts 26:22 22 Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come. You see Paul stating that HE keeps ministering to the old and young. To those that will insult and accept us. To those who are far older than to younger ones without any discouragement. Hebrews 6:12 12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. There is a promise at the end! And that end is NOW✅. But you—require faith and PATIENCE.

1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. Be steadfast. Be unmovable. Always abounding. Your labour is not in vain. Can you say MY LABOUR IS NOT IN VAIN! that is for those who are laboring! Mathew 6: 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. May you come to that stage in life that you won’t have to THINK or WORRY about what to eat or spend in JESUS NAME.

That is beginning to happen to you from now in Jesus Name✅. You know the way there? Be in HIS SERVICE. Don’t just be in His service, Labor. Don’t just labor, labor well. 1Ti 5:17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially they who labor in the word and doctrine. Double honor will come to you. Your biggest excuse is I DON’T HAVE TIME. Don’t say you don’t have time, say I DON’T LOVE HIM ENOUGH. Because you always have time for whom you love. See—when you love God and prove it with your works, that work that doesn’t give you time, GOD WILL GRANT YOU EASE! I know someone who was earning 25k. Now, earning 146k. But has more time now than then. That’s what God does for His lovers. But when you love Him in return, here is what you get:
